Tomato Kitchen is a research project for teaching vegan cooking, developed in collaboration with partners in South Korea and Japan.
We hold various vegan events and classes to share and enjoy vegan culture with everyone.

Seminar for Korean Female Agents, Academic Conference of the Korean Local Finance Solidarity Association, International Exchange Meeting of Medical Technology Companies, Opening Ceremony for Human Rights Foundation Personnel, Conference of the Korea Tourism Organization, Listing Banquet of Korean Cosmetics Company (AXIS-Y), Event at the Danish Embassy, International Exchange Student Meeting at Korea University, Discussion Meeting for Publishers and Writers, One-day Classroom at Seoul Botanical Garden, Mid-Autumn Festival Program at Seoul Food Life Support Center etc.

In August 2023, we worked with the Korean Cultural Center in Shanghai on a vegan project to make Korean traditional wine (makgeolli) and cuisine.
In November 2023, we conducted a vegan project at the Korean Cultural Center in Beijing to make Korean traditional liquor and Korean cuisine.
Together with our partner, the International Green Food Institute, we host various classes and events in collaboration with vegan cafes and restaurants in Japan : Lecture on Japanese-Korean Vegan Cuisine, Korean Vegan Cooking Class in Ashikaga, Course by Japanese Traditional Fermentation Experts Prefecture, Shojin Ryori: Japanese Temple Cuisine.
